Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 15 (E) dated 11th January, 1994 - S.O. 599 (E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 9585 New Delhi, the 19 th August, 1994 S.O. 599 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee, hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), vide S.O. 15 (E) dated 11 th January, 1994 published in Gazette of India, namely : - In the Table of the said notification, in serial number 12, in column 2, for the words Jagriti , the words Sri Sathya Sai Gramin Jagriti shall be substituted.
