MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th June, 2012 GS.R. 447(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 124 of the Multi-State Co- operative Societies Act, 2002(39 of 2002) , the Central Government hereby makes the, following rules to further amend the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Rules, 2002 , namely:- (1) These rules may be called the Multi-State Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Rules, 2002 , in rule 32 , in sub-rule (8), in the proviso, for the figures and word 180 days the figures and word 360 days shall be substituted. [F.
