Rescinds Notification No. 38/2007-Customs, dated the 9th March, 2007 - Anti dumping duty on vitrified and porcelain tiles - provisional assessment [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) New Delhi , 22nd May, 2009 Notification No.53/2009 - Customs G.S.R. 354(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 18 , 20 and 22 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 38/2007-Customs, dated the 9th March, 2007 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 186 (E), dated the 9th March, 2007, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
