Invoices issued by manufacturers, registered dealers and importers - Amendment to Notification No. 32/94-C.E. (N.T.), dated 4-7-1994 Notification No. 14/95-C.E., (N.T.) Dated 20-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57G of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 32/94-C.E. (N.T.), dated 4-7-1994, namely :- In the said notification, the following explanation shall be added at the end of notification, namely :- Explanation. - For the purpose of this notification, "invoice" means a document issued by a registered person for sale of goods and which contains such details as are prescribed by the Board under rule 57GG.'
