Imports against VABL , AL and ACCP - Amendment to Notification Nos. 203/92-Cus., 204/92-Cus. and 205/92-Cus. Notification No. 82/95-Cus. Dated 31-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby amends the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) as specified in column (2) of the Table hereunder in the manner specified in column (2) of the said Table. TABLE S. No. Notification Number and Date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 203/92-Customs, dated the 19th May, 1992 In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the words and figures "issued in terms of para 49", the words, figures and letters "issued on or before 31st March, 1995 in terms of para 49" shall be substituted; 2. 204/92-Customs, dated the 19th May, 1992. In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the words, "against an Advance Licence (hereinafter referred to as the said licence)", the words, figures and letters, "against an Advance Licence issued on or before 31st March, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the said licence)", shall be substituted. 3. 205/92-Customs, dated the 19th May, 1992. In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the words and figures, "issued under para 58", the words, figures and letters, "issued on or before 31st March, 1995 under para 58" shall be substituted.
