Amendments to Notifications No. 203/92-Cus., 204/92-Cus., 260/92-Cus., 299/92-Cus. 101/93-Cus. Notification No. 183/93-Cus. Dated 25-11-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), as specified in column (2) of the Table hereunder in the manner specified in corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, in the Explanation , the following proviso shall be added to sub-clause (a) of clause (iii), namely :- "Provided further that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to import of Acetic Anhydride;". 2. 204/92-Customs, dated the 19th May, 1992. In the said notification, in the Explanation , the following proviso shall be added to sub-clause (a) of clause (iv), namely :- "Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to import of Acetic Anhydride;". 3. 260/92-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1992. In the said notification, in the Explanation , the following proviso shall be added to sub-clause (a) of clause (iii), namely :- "Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to import of Acetic Anhydride;". 4. 299/92-Customs, dated the 30th November, 1992. In the said notification, in the Explanation , the following proviso shall be added to sub-clause (a) of clause (iii), namely:- "Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to import of Acetic Anhydride;". 5. 101/93-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1993. In the said notification, in the Explanation , the following proviso shall be added to sub-clause (a) of clause (iii), namely:- "Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to import of Acetic Anhydride;".
