Amend notification no. 31/2007 CE(NT) dated 2-8-2007 - conditions, safeguards and procedures for supply of items l produced or manufactured in an EOU unit - 15/2012 - Central Excise - Non Tariff

G.S.R. 179(E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No.31/2007-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 2nd August, 2007,namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 6, in sub-paragraph (i), for the word, figures and letters, section 11AB ", the word, figures and letters, section 11AA shall be substituted.
