Appoints the date from which the information technology information technology enabled services SEZ at Dhoran Khas, Gugrada Man Singhwala villages, Sahastra Dhara Rd., Dehradun, Uttarakhand developed by M/s State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited to ICD NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 16th June, 2008 S.O. 1457(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by- sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of June 2008 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Dhoran Khas, Danda Dhoran, Gugrada Man Singhwala villages, Sahastra Dhara Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand developed by M/s State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 .
