I have pvt. Ltd. company and I am running resturant in Gurgaon. I want to open another restaurant. I want to know what is the procedure and formalities to register under Haryana VAT Act for opening of another restuarnt with the same company name.

You may have multiple branch in a state but each branch needs to be registered

There is no need to get fresh registration. You have to file an applicaTION FOR ADDITIONAL PLACE REGISTRATION ON THE CURRENT REGISTRATION ONLY.
