Dividend om foreign subsidiary, Income Tax

Dear

Assessee Co. received dividend from one of our foreign subsidiary. Total income of the assessee company incl dividend received from foreign subsidiary stands negative.

Please share your views on taxability of dividend @15% under section 115BBD where total income of the assessee incl divdend stands negative.
