CANCELLATION OF CST FORM, VAT + CST

What is the procedure of cancellation of CST form.Issued one C-form for the quarter ending June'14 where some mistake has been done. Now we want to cancel the said C-form.what is thw procedure

Dear Ranjit,

You may also get it rectified from the WBVAT Department, if there is any clerical or bonafide mistake occurred while issuance of CST Form. Otherwise, you may get it cancelled through online as well as offline method by requesting to the Department in this regard.
