Mrp net weight condition, Central Excise

Dear Sir, Please explain Mr net weight provisions under mrp as per standard of weights and measures act does not apply, ie less than or more than , pls explain pls give any reference thanks and regards

You need to study Legal Meteorology Act, 2010 and Rules made thereunder to understand this complicated but interesting legislation as different products come under the different provisions of legal meteorology Laws.
