Hi, my company is private company which is going to take cc limit from bank in which there are 2 non resident director and 2 resident director. Now bank wann due diligence report of the following non resident directors. Can anybody have format of Due diligence report in respect of above matter????

No separate specific format of due diligence report for non resident directors. The common format of due diligence report for submission to bank is to be used and the details of non resident directors are to be incorporated therein, as and where required. http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=4830andMode=0
