Please clarify me, Commercial coaching & Training centers are subject to Service Tax. Presently providing up to VIIIth standard only.

Is it coaching centre or private school ? If it is school, whether recognised or not ?

Threshold limit for registration is 9 Lacs and payment of tax shall be started from 10 Lacs

Sir, commercial training or coaching centre is a taxable service. Service tax is applicable. Thanks.
