Respected Sir, I work in Aadhaar card as a Supervisor. Government give contract to agency for pay salary and other service. Agency Deduct Service tax and service charge from Operator/Supervisor salary but not show in pay sleep. Agency owner says he can't show Service tax and service charge in salary sleep/Pay Sleep it is true or false. Why Agency owner not show Service tax and service charge in salary sleep/Pay Sleep. You must get a certificate from to the effect that Service deducted from salary has been deposited with Govt. Some documentary evidence must be in your possession.
You need to ask the agency as to why they deducting service tax from salary.
