Respected Sir, I have confuse for how to Calculate Excise duty in First stage Dealer? Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
As a first stage dealer, you are to pass on quantum of credit what you have entered in RG 23 D. You are to calculate on the basis of value, qty. and rate of duty. How much qty. is to be supplied and its value on pro rata basis and rate of duty remains the same as mentioned in invoice.
