Dear Experts

Please resolve my query.

One of Partnership firm is availing excise exemption(area based exemption) in Himachal pardesh Now we want to convert this partnership firm into private limited company (Name and directors would be changed)

Can New Private limited company avail exemption of balance years and continue to charge nil duty.
