Experts, As per notification Notification No. 23/2016-ST dated April 13, 2016, where business entity has to pay service tax on reverse charge now Service provided by a private party we have paid payment to that. Now I should pay under reverse charge or not .the work done by party is weight & measurement foe weigh bridge which was done for government. What is the constitution of private party ? Whether limited or Pvt. Ltd. or Partnership/Individual/One Man Company ? Whether Service Provider falls in the definition body Corporate ?
