Sir,

Can anyone tell me whether credit manager at ICICI bank would be beneficial for a first attempt Chartered Accountant.

Mainly, what would be the regular process of job?

There is no relation between passing the examination at first attempt with employment. You may apply to the bank whenever they call for the said post.
