I want to do real estate business in which I am planning to make 35 residential house completely gated colony is it is necessary to register with GST and what will the GST rate applicable on me. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 3 of 3 Records Page: 1
If you will be booking residential houses before their completion collecting money from buyers and if your turnover is expected to exceed ₹ 20 lakhs from such receipts then registration is mandatory.
