Sir. kindly clarity whether GST rate for "Foreman Commission " increased from 12 to 18% in 47th GST Council Meeting and implemented. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
Yes. The rate is increased to 18% w.e.f. 18.7.2022 vide Nofn.3/2022-CT Rate dt.13.7.22 whereby entry 15(i) was omitted. Now, such service falls under entry 15(vii) of Nofn.11/2017-CT Rate
