Steps to follow for filing of e-returns and other documents , Service Tax

Dear All Member , Service tax returns etc.are to be filed online and I have got username and password from the department for all the clients . Now i do'nt know the procedure how the same to be apply for filing of e-returns and other documents .Can any body guide me the steps to follow for the purpose of filing the documents in service tax and whether the documents filed through net will be physically to be filed with the department if yes , then within how many no.of days these are to filed. Go to ACES.GOV.In - Go to the link - Help and download the usermanual or read the FAQ. Please note that aces.gov.in is in transitional stage and even departmental officers do not know much as of now. But, since no option, in case of difficulty, you need to approach the concerned officer of help or In case of any difficulty in accessing or using the ACES Application, assessee can seek help of the ACES Service Desk by sending e-mail to aces.servicedesk@icegate.gov.in or calling up national toll-free number 1800 425 4251 on any working day from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 7 PM.
