Hi Sir,
how can i calculate tds in including with service tax amount .As well on which categories we can collect can calculate tds including service tax amount . Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 3 of 3 Records Page: 1
TDS will be calculated on gross value of taxable services inclusive of service tax.
Service Tax Charged on Rent is exempted to charge TDS, i.e TDS on Rent is applicable excluding Service Tax and whereas in all other cases excecpt Rent TDS is charges on Gross Amount (including Service Tax)
