about notifcation of selling excisable goods., Central Excise

Respected sir,

                         Till 16-03-12 we mentioned the noti. no. 02/2008 in the excisable invoice to sale, there is any change in the notifcation of it.

Dear Mehul,

Earlier noti. no. 02/2008 what you have mentioning was wrong it was 06/2010.

In the Budget 2012 for change in rate of Excise Duty 10% to 12%, the Notification No. you may have to mention is 05/2012-CE  dt 17/03/2012.

Dear Sir, Notification No. 2/2008 was rescinded by nofn.17/2012-CE dt.17.3.2012. The effective rate of 12% is now operative by virtue of the mega  Notification no. 12/2012 CE. There is another  notification no.18/2012. You may pl check up the tariff heading of your goods with these notifications.
