we had already export the good under duty drawback but we had yet not recd the duty drawback amount in our account. now can we convert our shipping bills from duty drawback to advance lic

Dear Sir,

Please Check the Appended CIRCULAR NO. 36/2010-CUSTOMS in this regard. Conversion of Shipping Bill from DBK to Advance Authorisation may not be allowed.
