Re-import of Export goods , Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

We have exported the  finished goods under self sealing procedure to during the month of Sep12 under Duty Draw back. But the said container , as it is, return ed from USA  port to Indian port   due to enivronmental issue.We are the member of LTU, New Delhi and plant in M.P.

The same goods will be re-exported after fulfil the environmental  condition within a period of 3 months.

Query:-

1- What procedure to be followed for getting the same goods within the plant ?

2-  What would be Re-export formalities ?

3- Type of bond to be executed to avoid the payment of Import duty, if any.

4- Duty draw back reversal formalities( amount not received sofar)

Please advise complete procedure.
