2003 (7) TMI 328 - AT - Central Excise
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai considered an application for modification of a stay order, where the applicant requested to deposit Rs. 10 lakhs out of the demanded duty of Rs. 29.29 lakhs. The Tribunal refused modification, stating that stay applications cannot be argued in parts, and extended the time for compliance to 10-6-2003. (Citation: 2003 (7) TMI 328 - CESTAT, MUMBAI)
