New SION Guidelines for Alloy Steel Valve Seat Inserts: Chromium, Molybdenum, Tungsten, Nickel, Cobalt, Boron Composition

The Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) for producing Valve Seat Inserts made of alloy steel under the Foreign Trade Policy. The specified composition includes Chromium (2.4-4.8%), Molybdenum (0.36-0.72%), Tungsten (0.5%), Nickel (1.5-4.5%), Cobalt (1.6%), Boron (0.3%), with Iron and Carbon making up the balance. The input materials required for 100 kg of the product include varying quantities of Chromium Metal or Ferro Chrome, Ferro Molybdenum, Ferro Tungsten, Nickel pellets, Cobalt, Boron, and melting scrap of mild steel.
