The 2023 budget outlines India's economic growth at 7% and emphasizes green growth, agriculture reform, and infrastructure development.   9. Eklavya Modern Schools in next three years - 157 new nursing colleges to be established.
  10. 30 Skill India international centres will be set up across states.
  11. Rs 2,200 crore Atmanirbhar Clean Plant Programme to improve the availability of disease-free, quality planting material for high-value horticultural crops/
  12. 64% increase in allocation for PM Awaas Yojana to Rs 79,000 crore.
  13. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0
  14. One-stop solution for updating of identity and address of individuals will be established using DigiLocker service and Aadhaar as foundational identity.
  15. PAN to be a Common Business Identifier for all digital systems.
  16. Another dispute resolution scheme under Vivad Se Vishwas-2 to settle commercial disputes.
  17. 50 additional airports, helipads, water aero drones, advanced landing grounds will be revived to improve regional air connectivity
