Rajasthan GST Order: Additional Commissioners (Appeals) Authorized as Joint Commissioners per Section 5, Rule 109A.

The Government of Rajasthan's Commercial Taxes Department has issued an order under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This order, dated June 22, 2018, authorizes all Additional Commissioners (Appeals) to also function as Joint Commissioners (Appeals) within their designated territorial jurisdictions. This decision is made in accordance with section 5 of the Act and rule 109A of the Rajasthan GST Rules, 2017, as well as a prior notification issued by the State Government. The order is signed by the Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
