Foreign Trade Policy Update: New Export Benefits for Chemicals to Select Markets Effective Jan 1 - Jun 30, 2010.

The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37D, Table No. 6 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14, adding new market-linked focus products eligible for export benefits from January 1, 2010, to June 30, 2010. The products include inorganic and organic chemicals, classified under chapters 28 and 29 of the ITC(HS) code, respectively. The linked markets for these products are Algeria, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa, Ukraine, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, and Japan. This amendment serves the public interest.
