As per regulation 2(t) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 Preliminary Placement Memorandum shall mean- the placement memorandum filed with the Board and the stock exchange(s) in relation to a private placement under these regulations;
