Notifies "Akhil Bharat Krishi Goseva Sangh, Wardha" u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2972 DATED 11-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies "Akhil Bharat Krishi Goseva Sangh, Wardha" for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1985-86 to 1988-89.
