Delhi Dealers Must Submit Online Invoice Details for Goods Over Rs. 1 Crore Before Entry; Effective March 15, 2014

The notification mandates that dealers in Delhi, with a gross turnover exceeding Rs. 1 crore, must submit online details of invoices and Goods Receipt (GR) Notes for goods procured from outside Delhi before they enter the city. This requirement applies to all dealers except those dealing exclusively in tax-free goods. Dealers must complete Form T-2 for each vehicle, with submissions allowed via web or SMS, and finalized within 24 hours of goods' arrival. The transporter must carry a receipt or unique ID confirming submission. Special provisions exist for new vehicles and goods from the National Capital Region. The regulation takes effect from March 15, 2014.
