Goa Extends FORM GST ITC-01 Submission Deadline to October 31 for Eligibility u/s 18(1) of GST Act 2017.

The Government of Goa, through the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has extended the deadline for registered persons to submit FORM GST ITC-01. This extension applies to those who became eligible to avail input tax credit under Section 18(1) of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, during July, August, and September 2017. The new deadline for submission is set for October 31, 2017.
