India Rescinds 2012 Anti-Dumping Duties: Notification No. 37/2018-Customs (ADD) under Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 37/2018-Customs (ADD) dated July 13, 2018. This notification rescinds the previous Notification No. 36/2012-Customs (ADD) from July 16, 2012, concerning anti-dumping duties under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The rescission is executed under the authority granted by sections 9A(1) and 9A(5) of the Act, along with rules 18 and 20 of the 1995 Anti-dumping Duty Rules, except for actions completed or omitted before this rescission.
