Madhya Pradesh GST Notification: Special Procedure for GSTR-1 Submission for Small Taxpayers with Deadlines in 2020.

The Madhya Pradesh State Government, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification for registered taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees. These taxpayers are required to follow a special procedure for submitting details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1. For the quarter from October to December 2019, the deadline is January 31, 2020, and for January to March 2020, it is April 30, 2020. The time limits for other returns for October 2019 to March 2020 will be announced later. This notification is effective from October 9, 2019.
