Haryana Government Extends FORM GSTR-4 Filing Deadline for FY 2019-2020 to August 31, 2020, per GST Act 2017.

The Haryana Government, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification to extend the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2019-2020. The due date has been changed from July 15, 2020, to August 31, 2020. This amendment was issued by the Excise and Taxation Department on July 27, 2020, following the recommendations of the Council. The notification was authorized by the Principal Secretary to the Government of Haryana, Excise and Taxation Department.
