The Government of Manipur's Department of Taxes, through Notification No. 01/2022 - State Tax (D) dated May 18, 2022, has extended the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for April 2022. Utilizing the authority granted by section 39(6) of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 61(1) of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, following the Council's recommendations, has set the new due date for submission as May 24, 2022.
