SEBI Amends Regulation 30, Adjusts Compliance Dates for Top 100 and 250 Listed Entities in 2023.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued the Fifth Amendment to the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2023, effective from October 1, 2023. This amendment modifies regulation 30, sub-regulation (11) of the 2015 regulations by removing the implementation date for the top 100 listed entities and altering the date for the top 250 listed entities to a future date specified by the Board. This amendment follows a series of previous amendments to the 2015 regulations, which were initially published on September 2, 2015.
