Nagaland Updates GST Act: Amends Foreign Trade Policy and Procedures to 2023 Versions, Effective July 27, 2023.

The Government of Nagaland has amended a previous notification from December 31, 2018, under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments include changing the reference from "paragraph 4.41" to "paragraph 4.40" and updating definitions related to the "Foreign Trade Policy" and "Handbook of Procedures" to reflect the 2023 versions as notified by the Government of India. These changes are effective from July 27, 2023.
