Telangana Rescinds Previous GST Notification, New Rules Effective January 1, 2024, Excluding Prior Actions.

The Government of Telangana has issued a notification under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, rescinding the previous notification G.O.Ms No. 11 from the Revenue (CT-II) Department dated January 29, 2024. This decision, made on the recommendation of the Council, excludes actions taken or omitted before the rescission. The new notification, G.O.Ms.No. 61, will be effective from January 1, 2024.
