Seeks to bring in force provisions of various sections of Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 - 16/2024-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

No.J.2011/7/2023-FEA(Tax) GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 16/2024-State Tax Aizawl, the 22 nd October, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (12 of 2024), the Governor of Mizoram hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
