Mizoram GST Second Amendment Act: Section 4 Effective from Oct 1, 2024; Sections 2 & 3 from April 1, 2025.

The Government of Mizoram has issued a notification under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024. The Governor of Mizoram has designated October 1, 2024, as the effective date for section 4 of the Act and April 1, 2025, as the effective date for sections 2 and 3. This notification was signed by the Finance Commissioner of Mizoram.
