Rajasthan GST Act Update: Enforcement Dates Announced for Rules 2, 23, 26, 31, 36, and 37 Under Section 164.

The Government of Rajasthan's Finance Department has issued a notification under section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It specifies the enforcement dates for certain rules from two prior notifications. Rules 2, 23, 26, and 31 from notification no. F.12(1)FD/Tax/2024-88 dated July 19, 2024, will be effective from February 11, 2025. Rule 36 and clause (ii) of rule 37 from the same notification, along with Rule 2 from notification no. F.12(1)FD/Tax/2024-93 dated September 27, 2024, will be effective from April 1, 2025.
