Notification No. dated 25-9-2000 Subject:- No sole selling agents for bulk drugs - Amendment in Notification No. GSR 364(E), dated 27-4-2000. GSR 749(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 294AA of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) GSR No. 364(E) dated 27th April, 2000 namely : In the said notification, for the figures 1987 the figures 1995 shall be substituted.
