IAS Officer Appointed as Delhi VAT Commissioner Under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 by Finance Department Notification

The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has appointed an individual, an IAS officer, as the Commissioner of Delhi Value Added Tax. This appointment, effective immediately, is made under the authority granted by the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. The notification is issued by the Finance (Accounts) Department, authorized by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, and signed by the Deputy Secretary of Finance.
