Delhi Dealers Must Add "Composition Dealer, VAT Not to be Charged" on Invoices per Section 16 of VAT Act 2004

The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has issued a notification mandating that dealers who pay tax under section 16 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, must include the phrase "Composition dealer, VAT not to be charged" in bold letters on their retail invoices, cash memos, or bills. This requirement is enforced by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax and is effective immediately.
