Central Government amends notification for Indore IT SEZ; updates committee structure under SEZ Act, 2005.

The Central Government has amended the notification S.O. 1247(E) dated 26th July 2007, concerning the Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, developed by a local development corporation. The amendment involves substituting the entry for serial number (1) with "Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone--Chairperson, Ex-Officio" and omitting paragraph 2. This change is made under the authority granted by the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005.
