Raheja Universal Private Limited, a private organization in Maharashtra, has been approved to establish a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for information technology and IT-enabled services at Raheja Infocity-II in Navi Mumbai. The Central Government, satisfied with the compliance of necessary requirements under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, has issued a notification designating the specified area, comprising 13.07 hectares across Kukshet and Bonsari villages, as an SEZ. The notification includes detailed survey numbers and corresponding areas for each plot within the designated SEZ.
