..... 480776 is concerned, the amount of duty calculated by the petitioner is Rs. 8,76,579/-. The amount of bank guarantee to be furnished by the petitioner is not in dispute. The amount of duty payable for bill of entry No. 3552261 is Rs. 1,049,241/-. There is slight difference in the amount of bank guarantee to be furnished which is Rs. 7,54,199/-. There is no dispute about the duty payable pertaining to bills of entry Nos. 3476994 dated 04.12.2015 and No.3749275 dated 29.12.2015. In the details furnished in the Court today by learned counsel appearing for the respondent, as has been noticed above there is nothing mentioned pertaining to bill of entry Nos. 3753509, 3749279 and 4205063 pertaining to Inder International and Bill of Entry No. 37 .....
